How to set dropdown value by text using jquery

This is just a quick post to show how to set dropdown value by text using jquery.

This is a method that works based on the text of the option, not the index.

 
$("#YourDropDownId option").each(function() {
  if($(this).text() == TextToBeDisplayOrSelected) {
